Resolve West Allis is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility in West Allis, Wisconsin. The role focuses on building maintenance, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and facility operations within a regulated healthcare environment.

You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, manage regulatory inspections, and collaborate with leadership to ensure a safe, functional, and resident-centered environment for

Competenze

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Familiarity with Life Safety Code and OSHA requirements.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Perform and coordinate repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Life Safety Code requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare the facility for state surveys, fire inspections, and other regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate outside contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and facility safety concerns.
• Manage maintenance supplies, equipment, and department expenses.
