Qualifications

• Ability to lift a maximum of 30#, with frequent waist and overhead lifting of 20#.
• Physical capability to push/pull a maximum effort of 20#.
• Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during a shift.

• Provide a friendly presence to residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the facility clean, fresh and inviting including resident rooms & common areas
• Provide a friendly presence to residents and visitors
• Note needed repairs and report them to the housekeeping supervisor
• All other job duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor and Facility Administrator

Qualifications

Required

• Knowledge of housekeeping tasks – paid training available
• Must be able to physically lift a maximum of 30#, with frequent waist lifting and/or overhead lifting of 20#.
• Must be able to push and/or pull with a maximum effort of 20#.
• Must be able to stand or walk 6‑8 hours in an 8‑hour day.

Preferred

• Experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility, but we are willing to train
