Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in health and safety, with on-site experience on major projects.
• Experience working with MSHA Regulations on USA Mine sites.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, strategies and problem solving to project personnel on all health and safety issues to achieve no-harm goals.
• Develop and implement the project health and safety policy, management plans and standards aligned with Hatch systems.
• Lead and participate in incident investigations and reporting across projects.
• Define local regulatory requirements and communicate them to the project team.
• Coordinate health and safety training needs and implement related programs.
