Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the fitness industry and gym operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain services and listen to member needs.
• Demonstrated customer service experience in a welcoming environment.
• Experience with training or personal training concepts and discussing fitness programs with members.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity on-site.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends in a gym environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with membership systems or POS software.
• CPR/AED certification and prior gym or wellness center experience are preferred.
