Circuit Board Medics is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (eCommerce) to manage social accounts, craft email campaigns, and run monthly Meta ads for our repair-focused product catalog. You’ll contribute blog content, refresh product descriptions, and help with website updates on BigCommerce and marketplaces.

This role blends creativity with data-driven decisions in a hands-on, collaborative team. The position is on-site in Greenville, SC, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a starting pay

Qualifications

• 1+ year managing business social accounts or a portfolio showing it
• At least one Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign launched
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsabilités

• Reply to comments, DMs, and mentions daily in a consistent brand voice
• Join forums and groups to help people, not push products
• Plan a monthly content calendar with visuals from design team
• Build and launch monthly Meta ad campaigns for products/categories
• Review results and report what to keep/change/stop
• Write 1–2 blog posts per month supporting SEO
• Plan, write, and send email campaigns and track metrics
• Refresh product descriptions on BigCommerce, Amazon, and eBay
• Deliver a short monthly performance summary
• Monitor competitor content and ad approaches for ideas
• Assist with uploading new products and proofreading marketing copy
• Shoot simple 30-second videos for social channels and assist on larger shoots
