More than 37,000 customers have given us five stars for repairing circuit boards instead of selling them an overpriced replacement with the same weaknesses as the original. You'll be the voice of that reputation on social media, in our email campaigns, and on our blog, and you'll run our monthly Facebook and Instagram ads. Job overview
We're a small team, so you'll also help with adjacent tasks outside your channels, such as uploading and publishing new products to our website and proofreading marketing copy. You'll also help with video: we'd love for you to shoot simple 30‑second videos on your phone for our social channels, and occasionally lend a hand on larger shoots, like helping with lighting. No video production or editing expertise is needed, since we have a team member who handles our videography and video editing.
Strategy here is shared, and we expect you to be flexible and take on other projects as they come up. We're looking for someone who understands what digital marketing is and isn't, and who uses good judgment about where effort pays off. This isn't for someone who wants a single narrow lane. If “that's not my job” is your instinct, this team won't be a fit.
