The Staff Pad, Earth City, MO, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead online marketing initiatives and strengthen its digital presence. The role covers campaign planning, content development, product merchandising, and website optimization to improve the online shopping experience.

You will manage email campaigns, social media, and promotions, while partnering with IT, sales, and vendors to drive engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience with email campaigns, social media, and marketing calendars.
• Experience with website content, e-commerce, and customer-facing platforms.
• Experience with website analytics and campaign reporting.
• B2B marketing, distribution, SEO, Google Analytics, CMS, and customer portal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and promotions.
• Create and automate emails using HubSpot.
• Coordinate social media content and campaigns on schedule.
