Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. You will maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas while assisting the maintenance team to keep units ready and communities appealing for current and prospective residents.

Requirements include ability to work outdoors in all weather, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks. You will follow established procedures and may require Grace Hill training and a valid

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures.
• Ability to complete physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Grace Hill training is required.

Responsibilities

• Grounds: walk property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, pool areas, and parking areas.
• Assist maintenance with make-ready tasks and minor repairs as needed.
• Support safety and preventive maintenance tasks across the community.
