Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in Dallas is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, common areas, and exterior spaces of a multifamily community. This on-site role supports the maintenance team with tasks to keep the property inviting for current and prospective residents.

The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and reliability; weekend availability may be needed. Training includes Grace Hill and OSHA safety compliance; valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must complete Grace Hill training (bonuses and commissions depend on compliance).
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Walk property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and common areas.
• Assist maintenance team with make-ready tasks and minor repairs.
• Perform interior and exterior painting and other basic maintenance duties.
• Change locks, rekey units, and distribute resident communications as needed.
• Support safety and preventive maintenance per OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing guidelines.
