Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, common areas, and exterior of an apartment community. The role supports the maintenance team with make-ready tasks and basic repairs while upholding cleanliness and curb appeal for current and prospective residents.

The position is on-site, with potential weekend availability. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting and performing outdoor work, and complete Grace Hill online training as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Must be able to lift, bend, climb and perform physical tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Grace Hill training completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Walk property daily to remove litter and debris from common areas.
• Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, mail centers, pool areas, dumpsters, parking lots, and recreation areas clean and presentable.
• Assist with maintenance tasks, including make-ready efforts, painting, and light repairs.
• Change locks, rekey units, and distribute resident communications when requested.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure OSHA/ADA compliance; complete Grace Hill training by deadlines.
