Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in Dallas is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, common areas and exterior spaces at the multifamily community. You will support the maintenance team with tasks to keep the property attractive, clean, safe, and compliant with standards, helping residents feel proud of their home.

This on-site, full-time role may require weekend work and physical tasks; candidates should be detail-oriented, dependable, capable of lifting, and able to operate tools safely

Qualifications

Experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred.
Able to lift and move items as part of daily tasks.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

Walk property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas.
Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, pool areas, and parking lots clean.
Perform trash-out duties for vacated units and dispose of abandoned items as directed.
Assist with general maintenance tasks and make-ready efforts when requested.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
