Milwaukee Tool is hiring a Graphic Design Manager onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will lead a team of designers to deliver brand-aligned, user-focused outputs and evolve design workflows with advanced technology and AI.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and collaboration across departments to drive innovative outcomes. You will champion disruptive innovation while maintaining high-quality standards, guiding projects from concept to delivery and influencing senior

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of professional graphic design experience with leadership and management skills; bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Adobe After Effects, digital asset management and project management software is a plus.
• Expert understanding of emerging AI and automation tools/technologies with proven track record managing end to end digital design workflows.
• Brand & market understanding with ability to analyze market, consumer, and customer insights.
• Collaboration & communication: work with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, open to feedback, and continuously seeking improvement.
