Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional graphic design experience with leadership and management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects and digital asset management.
• Emerging AI and automation tools with proven end-to-end digital design workflow experience.
• Ability to analyze market, consumer, and customer insights.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, open to feedback, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
