Job summary

Kids for the Future in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a Graphic Designer/Content Creator to craft visually compelling marketing materials across digital, print, and social platforms. You will create original content captured at retail locations and collaborate with the marketing team to elevate the brand experience.

Daily duties include designing ads, signage, and campaigns, maintaining brand guidelines, and producing on-brand photos and videos to drive engagement and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of practical experience.
• Hubspot and web design experience.
• Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with photo/video content creation and editing for social media.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrate professional communication/presentation skills.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of MAC, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Be organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable engaging directly with guests and consumers in a retail setting to capture content.

Responsibilities

• Design visuals for internal and external marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Lead promotional signage across locations and seasonal poster changes.
• Create and manage content for social media and digital channels.
• Support content creation on-site at retail locations and events.
