Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional graphic design experience with leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating design principles, typography and color theory.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of After Effects, asset management, and PM software.
• Experience with AI/automation tools and end-to-end workflows.
• Ability to analyze market and customer insights.

In this role, you will lead creative design initiatives that strengthen brand voice and improve customer experiences. You will manage a team, guide end-to-end digital design workflows, and help evolve technology and processes to increase efficiency and impact.

What you bring

• 7-10 years of professional graphic design experience with leadership and management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Portfolio required demonstrating creativity and expertise in design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, digital asset management, and project management software (plus).
• Expert understanding of emerging AI and automation tools/technologies, with a proven track record managing end-to-end digital design workflows.
• Ability to analyze market, consumer, and customer insights.
• Strong ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Results-driven and detail-oriented approach, open to feedback and continuously seeking improvement.
• Ability to translate business goals into action plans and contingencies.
