Job summary

ADM in Enid, OK seeks a high-potential candidate to join the management team of four grain elevators. The role reports to the Superintendent and involves safely running daily grain operations, including loading, sampling, grading, blending and storage.

You will help schedule operations, enforce safety procedures, train staff, and coordinate daily work plans with the Superintendent. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varied conditions; overtime and rotating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 yr experience developing a team.
• Able to meet physical requirements of the position including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Management Staff with day-to-day Elevator activities, including loading/unloading, sampling, grading, transferring, blending and storage of grain products.
• Assist in scheduling operations for hourly staff and communicate procedures to the workforce.
• Implement and enforce company safety programs and procedures; ensure safe and efficient operations per shift.
• Contribute to development of goals and procedures for the department and plant; perform daily facility walkthroughs and supervise hourly staff.
• Train colleagues to become proficient at tasks, sign off on performance qualifications, and coordinate with Superintendent on daily work plans.
• Perform safety trainings and operate multiple computer programs; enter/upload data into systems.
