522 Productions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a U.S. Government initiative, on-site primarily at the Washington DC client site with telework options.

You will coordinate schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to keep the digital wayfinding project on track. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of project coordination experience, and strong MS Office skills, plus comfort with AV systems and CAD/ mapping tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in project coordination and management.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Teams).
• Proficiency in technology in general, including audio/video systems and online mapping/CAD platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Digital Wayfinding Project and schedule meetings with stakeholders.
• Report to CAO staff and update cross-functional stakeholders on status and next phases.
• Update the wayfinding app CMS to ensure hours and information are accurate.
• Participate in vendor meetings and walk-throughs for the wayfinding project.
• Develop procedures, practices, and standards for related project documents.
• Perform other official duties as assigned.
