Job summary

E Logic at Fort Benning, GA seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to perform GFEBS data entry and analysis in support of Work Management and Engineering Systems. This on-site role reviews work order data daily, processes DA4283 requests, and manages projects in cProjects and GFEBS while monitoring ArMA transactions.

The contractor reports to the Prime Contractor for HR and admin matters and follows COR direction. Requires CAC eligibility, U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in GFEBS data entry or related financial systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required; DoD CAC eligibility before onboarding.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reviews of work order data in GFEBS for accuracy and timely closure.
• Process and track DMOs, PWOs, PMOs, and OWOs.
• Create projects in cProjects for validated DA4283 requests.
• Transfer DA4283 requests from cProjects into GFEBS Project System.
• Update and close-out projects in GFEBS Project System.
• Monitor ArMA transactions and provide monthly summaries.
