Job summary

E Logic at Fort Benning, GA seeks a detail-oriented General Data Entry/Analyst to perform daily GFEBS reviews, data entry, and monthly to yearly financial reporting. This is a non-personal services contract position, onsite, reporting to the Prime Contractor’s HR leadership and COR for direction.

The role requires CAC eligibility, DoD security clearance, and GFEBS experience to begin effectively on day one. Strong Excel/Word skills and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in data entry, financial analysis, or GFEBS support.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) prior to onboarding.
• Must acquire applicable GFEBS roles within six months of employment.
• GFEBS experience expected at contract start to perform immediately upon award.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reviews of work order data in GFEBS to ensure order accuracy and timeliness of order closure.
• Provide data entry to ensure daily reconciliation of all activity in the Fort Benning work management system (GFEBS).
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the COR.
• Assist with developing and updating the Annual Work Plan (AWP).
• Maintain and update asset data in GFEBS to keep it accurate and up to date.
• Summarize all DMO, PWO, PMO, and OWO history for the prior year by occurrence and cost.
• Provide execution and Program Budget Guidance dollar amounts for MDEPs.
• Compare MDEP results to SAG 131 and 132 values.
• Research and report all differences.
• Provide journal data to document cross-division coordination within the Directorate.
• Develop comprehensive annual budgets, reports, and document compliance with leadership decisions.
• Provide clerical and administrative assistance as needed.
• Perform other data entry and analysis duties as assigned.
