Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and GFEBS knowledge.
• Minimum of three years using GFEBS for maintenance planning, work orders, material planning and reporting.
• Experience supporting facilities maintenance or public works operations.

Responsabilités

• Perform GFEBS data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and scheduling with GFEBS.
• Process work orders and maintain real property information and maintenance records.
• Assist with material planning and acquisition in GFEBS.
• Analyze GFEBS reports to identify trends for decision-making.
• Maintain GFEBS user roles and system permissions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in GFEBS.
• Prepare reports and documentation for Government requests.
• Complete required GFEBS training and certifications.
• Support continuous improvement of GFEBS processes and reporting.
