Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

This on-site role will carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapeutic exercises as outlined by Physical Therapists.
• Conduct gait and balance training.
• Perform functional mobility interventions to improve residents' independence.
• Document progress and outcomes in EMRs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient care.
• Receive strong clinical support, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
