Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. This on-site role will follow treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to enhance safety and independence.

You will document progress in EMRs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications
