Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

In this on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Experience with elderly/geriatric rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Carry out PTAs plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Document progress in EMRs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Seek growth opportunities within a collaborative culture.
