Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

In this on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Experience documenting progress in EMRs or similar electronic health record systems.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and provide patient-centered care.
