Job summary
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Qualifications
- Certified Physical Therapist Assistant with current license.
- Experience with elderly in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility, safety and quality of life.
- Document patient progress accurately in the EMR and educate patients and caregivers.
