Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of West Harbor's buildings, public spaces, parks, parking, landscaped, back-of-house, and waterside areas.
Maintain a visible on-site leadership presence as the primary operational manager.
Coordinate tenant relations, vendor management, and event operations.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest experience to West Harbor's standards.
Develop operating procedures, service standards, inspection protocols, escalation processes, and performance metrics.
