Job summary

Tower Hospitality in Vineland, NJ is seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at the Newly Remodeled Holiday Inn Express & Suites Vineland NJ. This full-time on-site role requires strong leadership and hospitality management experience.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage sales and marketing, budgets, staffing, and safety standards, while coordinating with corporate HR and the regional team to achieve financial targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a hospitality leadership role, preferably as a General Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Train associates in departments to perform duties according to objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain open communication between corporate, management and associates.
• Forecasting and budgeting annually in conjunction with the corporate controller and achieving the hotel business plan.
• Represent the hotel in the market and develop relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and service standards are met; supervise staff performance and scheduling.
