Job summary

Homes by Villatel, based in Davenport, FL, seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations for a portfolio of 110 luxury vacation rentals. You will own site performance, lead the on-site team, and ensure guest-ready standards across maintenance, housekeeping, guest experience, and dispatch.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will drive P&L accountability, staffing plans, vendor management, and capital projects while representing the brand to homeowners and ensuring scalable growth in

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in progressive hospitality operations leadership with multi-department scope.
Background in luxury short-term rental or hotel/resort operations is required.
Demonstrated financial acumen including P&L ownership and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Direct daily Davenport portfolio operations across maintenance, housekeeping, guest experience, and dispatch.
Own site P&L, labor cost, inventory, and vendor spend with monthly variance reviews.
Develop and enforce site policies, SOPs, and data-driven reporting.
Lead on-site leadership team and coach department heads for high performance.
Ensure all homes meet guest-ready standards and activation readiness.
