Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a 334-room hotel and its convention center during a period of transformation. This on-site role requires balancing daily operations with aggressive revenue growth, brand standards, and guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with corporate and regional leadership, manage an executive team, and ensure operational excellence while delivering strong financial performance and an exceptional

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of GM Management experience and prior Sales Leadership is required.
• Hilton experience is required with prior Meeting Space over 30,000 sq. ft or more.
• Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel and convention center operations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy focused on revenue growth, profitability, market share, and long-term asset value.
• Lead renovation efforts to minimize guest disruption while maintaining priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue across hotel and convention center.
