The DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center in Miami is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This on-site role oversees F&B outlets, ensuring profitable operations and high-quality service.

You will lead shifts, manage staff, coordinate with managers, monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, and contribute to menu planning and guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hotel or related field; or a 2-year degree with related experience
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets and word processing

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of hotel F&B outlets
• Supervise outlets personnel and respond to guest complaints promptly
• Coordinate with F&B managers and keep leadership informed of issues
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with health and liquor laws
• Participate in menu planning and cost control, including payroll reporting
• Perform other duties as required by management
