Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center is seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to join our on-site team. The role focuses on developing relationships with accounts, prospecting clients, and maximizing hotel revenue.

Reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and requires knowledge of sales policies and Delphi FDC. The position offers 70,000 to 80,000 USD per year, with on-site work and a strong emphasis on market trends and client needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Hilton standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop a full working knowledge of the hotel operations, including F&B, Guest Services and Reservations.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales targets.
• Initiate and follow up on leads and maintain an active sales solicitation program.
• Monitor top accounts and evaluate market trends.
• Meet and exceed sales solicitation call goals as assigned by the DOS.
