Job summary

Plymold, Inc. is seeking a full-time Production Team Member for an on-site role in Kenyon, MN. You will participate in daily production activities, assemble furniture components, operate machinery and tools, and follow schedules to reach output targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to support production planning and follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Knowledge of quality control practices and attention to detail to ensure products meet specifications.
• Experience or interest in production management and training to help guide and support team performance.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools or production equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
