Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in production management and training to help guide and support team performance.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools or production equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
