• 3–5+ years of manufacturing experience in wood, upholstery, laminating, or case goods production.
• Supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production flow and assembly processes.
• Ability to lead teams, prioritize work and drive results.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor/Kinetic preferred).

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor – Upholstery, Wood, Laminating & Case Goods is responsible for leading daily operations across multiple production areas including wood fabrication, laminating, upholstery, and final case goods assembly. This role ensures production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality while supporting employee-owners and reinforcing a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Production & Operations

• Supervise daily operations across wood shop, laminating, upholstery, and case goods assembly
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery requirements are met

Qualifications - Required

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing experience in wood, upholstery, laminating, or case goods production
• Supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production flow and assembly processes
• Ability to lead teams, prioritize work and drive results

Qualifications - Preferred

• Experience in custom millwork or case goods manufacturing
• Knowledge of laminating processes (HPL, TFL, adhesives)
• Upholstery experience (cut/sew, foam, fabric application)
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor/Kinetic preferred)
• Bilingual is a plus
