Casago Coastal NC is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to own day-to-day financial operations for five operating brands. You will manage AP, reconciliations, and month-end closes, keeping accurate books, and supporting payroll and budgeting in a multi-entity portfolio.

You will work closely with the Director of Accounting, ensuring airtight records and timely reporting for audit and tax season. In-office, Surf City/Holden Beach area with growth opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, with QuickBooks Online (QBO ProAdvisor certification required).
• Hands-on experience using Ramp.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping: AP, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Process expenses and manage corporate card transactions via Ramp
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and ownership
• Assist with payroll processing and vendor/1099 management
• Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and light financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices
• Help gather documentation for year-end accounting review and tax preparation
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls
• Support system enhancements and operational efficiencies as the company grows
• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives
