Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office, Concierge and Uniformed Services, ensuring attentive, friendly and efficient guest service during all shifts.

This on-site role reports to the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager, with a focus on maximizing revenue, occupancy and guest satisfaction across the property’s operations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of manager experience in a branded full-service hotel.
• Front Office and Guest Services leadership experience preferred for Hilton brands.
• Experience with hotel performance metrics and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Concierge and Uniformed Services to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Lead daily/overnight shifts and ensure staffing aligns with business needs.
• Monitor room revenue, occupancy, and status reports to optimize performance.
