Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Three years of full-time social work/casework in family or child welfare or two years in foster/adoption settings.
• Must pass state background checks and health clearances (fingerprints, TB, driving record).

Responsabilités

• Monitor adherence to agency, state, and funder standards.
• Manage Best Practice and Quality Assurance data tracking and outcomes measurement.
• Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Operate program within budgetary limits.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new staff.
• Maintain communication with external partners and referral sources.
• Participate in agency-wide planning and strategic meetings.
