Aspiranet is seeking a Foster Care Program Director to lead and oversee foster care and adoption services in the Bakersfield area. This senior role focuses on compliance, fiscal oversight, and driving best practices in child welfare while supporting staff and foster families.

The Director will steer day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to meet regulatory requirements and strategic goals.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework employment in family or child welfare services or two years in a foster family or adoption agency.
• Must pass all state-mandated background checks and health clearances (fingerprints, TB test, clean driving record).

Mansioni

• Monitor adherence to agency, state, and funder standards; ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Oversee program within budgetary limits and manage financial resources.
• Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives; drive program outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new staff and maintain partner communications.
