Job summary

Concentric LLC in Torrance, CA is seeking an On-Site Forklift Technician to perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers and golf carts. Must have own tools.

You will troubleshoot faults, perform repairs to manufacturer guidelines, complete work orders on time, and document hours and service records. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Experience as a material handling equipment mechanic.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize own work and work independently, with limited supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and across remote offices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, including root cause analysis.
• Complete repairs of equipment in a timely manner and by manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect equipment audits per the PM Planning tools schedule.
• Provide information to supervisor, co-workers, and subordinates by phone, email, or in person.
• Timely and accurate completion of all work orders and service records per Concentric time standard.
• Maintain accurate and timely entry of work hours in Paylocity time keeping platform.
