Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking an On-Site Forklift Technician for the second shift to perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and related equipment at customer facilities. The role requires owning tools and the ability to work independently while keeping detailed service records.

You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, document work hours, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure safe, timely and compliant service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma is required.
• Experience as a material handling equipment mechanic is required.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers, and golf carts.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Repair equipment per manufacturer guidelines and warranty considerations.
• Enter work hours and service records in Concentric time standards and Paylocity.
• Communicate with supervisor and teammates regarding status and issues.
