Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking an experienced foreman to oversee on-site operations for underground utility projects in the Atlanta area. This role serves as the primary link between field crews and site management, ensuring safe, efficient work aligned with project plans and specifications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in underground utilities with leadership experience, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of installation methods and safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utility experience (with 1+ year in a leadership role preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities on-site
• Oversee installation of storm, water, and sanitary sewer systems
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols
• Assist with training and mentoring crew members.
