Pacific Coast Construction and Waterproofing Inc is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead residential and commercial reconstruction and remodeling projects, running them from start to finish with a hands‑on approach and strong team leadership. You will oversee daily site activities, read blueprints, mentor crew members, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in reconstruction/remodeling with framing and finishing carpentry.
• Ability to read plans and blueprints and work from drawings.
• Experience leading teams and ensuring safety per OSHA standards.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily jobsite operations aligning with plans and specs.
• Lead the team with hands-on mentorship and guidance.
• Manage multiple jobs at different phases balancing priorities.
• Perform hands-on framing, building, framing, stairs, decks, and roof pitch from blueprints.
• Build scaffolding, work at heights, enforce safety protocols.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings with detailed logs.
• Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and management.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and schedules for efficiency.
• Own a truck to start; company vehicle possible later.
