RestoreCore, Inc. is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Foreman to lead field operations for residential and commercial projects following water, fire, mold, storm, and related property damage.

This working foreman role combines site leadership with hands-on reconstruction, coordinating technicians, subcontractors, materials, and daily production to ensure safe, efficient completion within the approved scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams in reconstruction settings.
• Ability to read scopes of work and project plans.
• Strong communication with homeowners and Project Managers.
• Proven track record in multi-trade on-site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for residential and commercial reconstruction projects.
• Review scopes of work, project plans, selections, and instructions from the Project Manager.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and site access.
• Assign daily responsibilities and keep work on schedule.
• Perform hands-on reconstruction like carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, trim.
• Monitor workmanship to meet company standards and project scopes.
• Identify missing work, field discrepancies, and material needs.
• Provide progress updates to customers and Project Managers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping, photos, notes, and job documentation in DASH.
• Receive, inspect, and manage material deliveries.
• Train and mentor technicians.
