Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a hands-on Construction Foreman to lead daily operations on multiple job sites in California. You will supervise a crew of skilled tradespeople, ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to read blueprints, interpret plans, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the construction crew on site.
• Ensure all work performed is of the highest quality and adheres to project specifications and building codes.
• Implement and enforce strict safety regulations and protocols on the job site.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Manage site logistics, including material handling and equipment deployment.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members.
