Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve diverse food items according to menus and recipes, reporting to the Food Service Director and working on-site inside the facility.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and service, have knowledge of food handling regulations, and be willing to learn and adapt as part of a team committed to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to procedures.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for employees and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform lifting or bending as needed.
