Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility, ensuring meals are prepared and served per menus and recipes. You will report to the Food Service Director and work onsite within the facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork, adapt quickly, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior institutional food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage inmate labor and kitchen staff.
