Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) to manage inmate labor in the kitchen and ensure meals are prepared to standard in a correctional facility. This on-site role offers a $18.00/hour wage and access to employer benefits, training, and career growth opportunities.

You will report to a Food Service Director, work with a team in a controlled environment, and help maintain safety and quality across daily food service operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum age 18; valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during shifts.
• Assist in preparation of a variety of food items per recipes and standards.
• Follow facility housekeeping and safety practices in meal preparation and serving.
• Other duties as required by the facility.
