Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Prior institutional food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and/or kitchen team during food prep and service shifts.
• Assist in preparing a variety of food items following recipes and standards.
• Follow facility housekeeping and safety practices in meal prep and serving.
• Perform other duties as needed to support operations.
