Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camps. You will oversee all daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This on-site, live-in position requires a 6-day/70-hour week and a ServSafe Manager certification, with company-sponsored allergen training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• Strong budgeting and staff leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage allergen safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary and service operations in a fast-paced camp setting.
• Lead FOH and kitchen staff, schedule shifts, and train team.
