Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver?s license and be able to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications to perform work in the security industry per state regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED required for all Per Mar Security Services positions.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Mathematical skills including calculation of figures and amounts; basic algebra and geometry.
• Knowledge of fire and electrical codes to ensure safe installation of alarm systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventative maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Test and verify system and device functionality per manufacturer's specifications.
• Complete proper paperwork and submit to the appropriate department daily.
• Communicate with clients, coworkers, and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor related to daily operations.
